Return Policy
All of our HairClutches are made with love and care and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date it was recorded received by the customer with the shipping company. The product must be in its original condition as when it left our premises. Please contact customer service at customerservice@hairclutch.com to receive shipping instructions for your return.
We do not provide shipping labels and all items returned or exchanged are done at the customers expense as well as a 10% restocking fee deducted from refund price for any items returned. The customer pays new shipping costs on any exchanged items.
Shipping time: Please allot for the days quoted at your shipping selection at checkout for your HairClutch to arrive from date ordered. It is being
specially prepared for you and sent with love from our door to yours!
